Therefore, the implementation of the occupational health safety and environmental management system (K3L) and Operational Safety (KO) must be carried out at each stage of work so that the zero accident target can be achieved.

To accomplish this, all parties working within the scope of PT. EBH must:

• Comply with legislation and other requirements relating to HSE, and integrated into all aspects of operational activities.
• Identify and analyze potential hazards or potential threats that could arise to reduce and prevent accidents, occupational diseases, occupational diseases, dangerous events, as well as prevent damage to assets and degradation of environmental quality.
• Implement mining activities in accordance with good mining engineering principles.
• Ensure employees and partners are in good health while working.
• Provide competent human resources
